That is in dollars. 

I will keep you all posted, but I'm building in my home office and infrastructure with Linux Web and Data servers. With the drop in CPU prices, Linux, and other Open Source resources it is a $mart option.

Weather.com dumbed Web Sphere for Apache and Tomcat dumped their high priced servers for a fraction of the cost and more control over their resources.

ehhhhh, that's really iffy.

We're not seeing performance increases in
the range of 10x to 1000x.

2x to 4x is more likely the upper bound.
