[mdlug] Library reservations for September, October, November

Hi All,

In reserving meeting room(s) for September and October, there is some 
space available at the Plymouth District iIbrary for each month, but 
with caveats. No reservations have been made (yet) for September & 
October: waiting for feedback  from y'all:

  Availability:*September 9*: either 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM   OR
                                 2:00 PM -  5:00 pm when they close)
                         N.B. Since that is Fall Festival weekend, 
parking will be a nightmare.

                         We could choose another weekend (Sep 16 wide 
open-space available), or simply hold the meeting online only (like we 
did during 2021/2022) or, Since Westland Library is now open, try the 
Westland Library

*October 14*: either 1:00 PM -  2:00 PM  OR
                                10:00 AM - 12:30 PM  OR
                                 2:30 PM -  5:00 PM

                         Parking may be a problem this weekend also. 
Again, if we don't like those times, we can hold the meeting online 
only. or try Westland Library.

*November 11*: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (already booked).


Let me know the decision so I can make the reservations. Thx.
