[mdlug] Library reservations for September, October, November

Thanks for checking into all this, Rich.

I'm curious if Westland is available for us to reserve
a room on second Saturdays for the foreseeable
future.  If so, I like that option.

And if there's no room available for the usual
dates/times, I suggest we go jitsi only.
