I have had outages with, I believe, every service I have used.  If
you've been using any service for a significant period of time and
haven't noticed an outage... it is because you did not notice when it
happened.

Outages are part of life.

I've had a six-hour DNS outage with domains hosted on NetworkSolutions.
 They have been the worst performer, hands down.

I am happiest with NameCheap so far.  Price is low, and outages have
been minimal.  NetworkSolutions is very expensive in comparison.

NetworkSolutions also has the most completely terrible awful dreadful
hard-to-use confusing advertisement-riddled website of any of the
services.
