[mdlug] Mythbuntu CD would not boot on a X64 system

I'm working on a dual-boot GPT/non-EFI (BIOS) system but haven't had time
to complete it yet. From what I've read GRUB2 requires a small partition
(1MB or less) for itself but this doesn't get created with the Ubuntu
installer. In my situation the target system is using RAID 1 with both and
Win7 requires Dynamic Volumes for RAID and these use GPT only. I haven't
had time to finish the install yet so I don't know if this will work or not.
