> It looks like the HP Recovery manager restores the MBR wiping the GRUB2
out after installation. As suggested by some of the websites, I even
removed the HP recovery partition after making backup disks. That did not
seem to help either. After a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04, it keeps
booting into windows instead of bringing up the GRUB boor menu :-(

Any other ideas?
