Why Access and not a web form?
Are you using the default Jet/ACE garbage DB? At the very least, use
SQLite or SQL Sever for the DB. Jet/ACE was deprecated by the SQL
team but the Office team forked it:

I'm not offering to help - that would be akin to assisted suicide. I
use Access at a customer site for an in-house inventory control system
and it is horribly unreliable.
There has to be dozens free CRM solutions in the world.
