[mdlug] Accessing the Microsoft Exchange Server via Evolution

Bob et. al:
I'm still not sure what i'm doing wrong. I've spent the last couple hours
working on this again. Installed evolution-mapi via apt-get
Didn't notice any differnt options according to
http://ww.go-evolution.org/MAPI_FAQ I should have a MAPI plugin available to
enable under EDIT -> plugins to activate
Granted I spent quite a bit of time trying to indentify my exchange server
per those instructions as well as an idap browser is a new idea in and of
itself to me...
