[mdlug] [Software] Open Source or otherwise alternatives to OneNote

OneNote is a Microsoft product.

Are there any alternatives to this product? (Note: I have no intention of
using it, as I have no intention of picking up the version of MS Office,
which contains it.) This was brought up on a forum that I frequent and I'd
like to know if there are alternatives that I could get similar functions
out of.
