[mdlug] [OT] Windows VER 7

[Robert Adkins]

I've read that they are "componetizing" Windows with Windows 7. Supposedly,
they are borrowing more from UNIX land with a better separation of
components and services.

Which leads me to believe that it is more of a new codebase.
