I didn't mean it to be uncivil. I was just kidding Rob about his
worrying so much. I'm sorry my email didn't convey that properly.

Yeah, that's how I meant it. Even for Linux advocates I don't think
worrying is all that productive. The best thing to do if you're
concerned about Linux's future is to actually contribute to the Linux
codebase, either in the kernel, device drivers, or apps. For people who
aren't coders, this would be a good time to learn how to code. :) The
great thing about Linux is how anyone can contribute. Overall I'd say
that Linux is making good progress, and I'm sure it will continue to.
In any case, I'll still keep using Linux no matter what.
