I keep thinking about how things change with a 64bit Intel based Linux bow.  

I'm thinking in the server room, is where you could see the difference, in that that 50,000 server is now 2,500 or 5,000, or in one article 500,000 to 50,000.  

Cost effective Scale comes to mind in the case of 64bit Linux.
