[mdlug] web gallery create

Anyone have list of software to use to create a web gallery, Kind of like
konqueror's create image gallery plugin?
I have been using konqueror but am looking for something with image more
control.  Something simple that created a thumbnail on a html page then
click to get the large image.  My images are added to from time to time so I
will need to regenerate the html page from time to time.
