Given that Vista isn't even officially supported as an OS on the CATIA
system requirements page, I highly doubt this. Even if it runs, it's
not supported. If there's no discernible facts or bug reports to point
to this, it's all probably FUD.

As CATIA started as a UNIX product, and that last I knew, the install
base was still largely UNIX, I really wonder about the the accuracy of
that statement. It would be very strange for Dassault to turn their
backs on it their install base.
Have you inquired with anyone at Dassault to confirm any of this?
They'd probably be a better resource than the MDLUG list.
