Where can you get a cell phone data cable?

I have an LG VX-6100.
I understand the cable is the same as for an LG VX-3200.

In early August, I downloaded bitpim and ordered a cable
from RPI Wireless (recommended by bitpim).
Though they cashed my check, they have only answered their phone twice
(both times from Jamaica), returned none of several dozen phone calls,
sent no email, nor data cable.
