	Check Mouser and Digi-key.  They have the aluminum caps of all shapes
and sizes, I've had good luck sourcing through them.

	And if you're trying to use a bloody soldering gun on the thing, you
really are going to destroy that board.  Soldering *iron*, 30W, *fine*
pitch tip.  Rosin core solder.
