[mdlug] Convert from FC5 to Debian with 2000 partition.

I am planning on converting one of my IBM T22 laptops from FC5 to Debian 3.1.
I also duel boot to a 2000 partition on the same machine.  Is there any
thing I need to do to install Debian (using net install) over current FC5 so
that I can still boot to my 2000 partition?  I am using grub for boot
between FC5 and 2000.  I need the 2000 partition for work and can't move it.
