SCO - Nobody's Worthless; They Can Always Serve As A Bad Example
- Tried to claim GPL "unconstitutional"
- Didn't get far with that
- Tried to claim IBM copied SCO (or was it AIX?) code into Linux
- Judge in case on record as stating SCO produced no evidence of this
- Only examples produced have been uncopyrightable, e.g. errno.h
- Again, even if GPL were ruled invalid, no reason to suppose that
the code would automatically be public domain
