What American firm is still making a profit?

Whether or not corportations make a profit, their managers make lots of money.
Even when an Enron, Kmart, Jefferson (LA), Cunningham (CA), Ney (OH), ...
scandal occurs, there is no punishment imposed

> And as we well know, what firm makes long term plans any more?

How do we reverse this?

NC law used to provide that criminal penalties must be at least enough
that the crime was unprofitable, but today federal penalty caps, set
decades ago, grant the rich immunity for their crimes.
