Hi Dean,
Ron's reply had some very good advice. The only thing I would
add is to consider finding an 8GB (or larger) USB drive and
installing ventoy. This will let you very easily add (or remove)
ISO files. Just boot from the USB drive and select which file
you want to boot from.
If you'd like, keep us posted as you progress. We'll be happy
to answer questions or make suggestions.
