[mdlug] Mailman3 install is No-Joy

Greetings,
    Anyone here ever installed "Mailman3", recently???   I can't seem to 
get the web interface to run so that I can configure the various lists it 
needs to server up.

    The one list that I ported over seems to run, but the Reply-To field is 
stck as 'localhost at localdomain', so no one can ever reply to messages sent 
on the list :(

    Ever since it was ported to run under a different scripting language 
and use SQLite it seems to have gotten too complex for its own britches.
