[mdlug] mysql status issue

Hey all got a MySql issue

Getting database connection issues at site,  doing a bit of looking
around and getting this when I do a systemctl status check on it.

Status: "Server upgrade in progress"

Server upgrade from '80026' to '80027'


Its ubuntu 20.04 server

The mysql process is running at over 110 to 120% via top bee nso far 9
hours showing that error and process

>From my understanding no one is doing a update, I did find out it was
rebooted thinking it was a like issue.  So not pre reboot info on it.

Any ideas?
