Thx Carl! So far as I go through my search my criteria is must have ios and android app rated 4 stars or better, should be able to integrate with Zoho Invoice (they do not have a working FSM), clear pricing stated on their website and I'm using open source to weed out greedy like ifleet for smartservice and Service Titan. Starts at $450/month, wow. Almost any FSM will have what we need, we're a small shop. Dont need inventory mngt, invoicing (we have ofc mngr that uses Zoho). A really big deal for us will be one place to record and look up service calls, we have three in the office that take calls, and there are seven of us in the field of which five take calls as well. You can imagine the problems and lag.
