Yeah, sorry I missed you earlier.  Firefox works,
although they do say it's not supported.  I suspect
that it's your internet connection that's a problem.

Try turning off your camera and using just the
chat feature and/or voice.

Let's try again tomorrow.  What time of day is
best for you?
