[mdlug] NTP server on Android for updating pi

The jit.si website is not working well for me. It's slow to load,
doesn't like my browser (the latest Firefox), complains of noisy
microphone and slow video, and keeps disconnecting and reconnecting,
slowly. And we both have to be on it at the same time to use it at
all. I think we're better off with email.

Zoom might work better. I attended the last virtual PenguiConCom
through it and it mostly worked okay though it too was a little jumpy.

If we want real-time, I just checked grex and m-net. Both are still up
and grex is still running party, though m-net apparently isn't.

PS. it might just be my connection. My current path to the net is a
tethered Android phone (one of the phones that I plan to use to
connect to the pi-s).
