[mdlug] Lost audio on Ubuntu 12.04

Never mind I found the problem.

It looks like the I had switched the top right button on 'Pulse Audio
Volume control' 'Playback' tab showing 'Applications' from 'Built-In
Audio Analog Stereo' to 'HDA NVidia Digital Stereo (HDMI)' 
inadvertently.  Apparently all audio was being directed to HDMI.
