[mdlug] Writing custom HTML is unrealistic, Virtualization on old computers

1) What is the Internet "infected" with that makes static sites
"unrealistic" for "profitable content?"
2) Make sure you run joomscan and/or CMSmap after you're done
installing Joomla to check for configuration errors that may lead to
an intrusion. Also, make sure you keep Joomla updated.
3) In your book, you state that you should use "NSA-proof" GPG to
encrypt email under a belief that it's somehow more trustworthy due to
its German origins, but now you're advocating using a non-free
American OS that is repeatedly criticized in the media for phoning
home data about its users (see
https://www.gnu.org/proprietary/proprietary-surveillance.en.html#SpywareInWindows
) to host a non-free American VM hypervisor. What is your security
threat model?
