[mdlug] Social Media for the Club

I think that Reddit is a good space to grow and maintain a userbase. It's
free and somewhat customizable and it has an IT savvy crowd already,
including a Sysadmin group www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin
I could assist as a moderator there if that's the path we all decide to go
down.

Facebook is good for advertising events and maintaining a static space. I
don't participate on that site and there is a wall where only members can
see certain details but for the general population that's not an issue.
With any social media it's a matter of drive more than anything.
