[mdlug] Job scheduling reply

My experience with CA's software has been somewhat limited, and it was
not with any of their Workload Automation tools, so it would be
difficult for me to comment. Also, I don't believe they have a free
version, so I doubt we are going to go down that road at this time. But
thanks for the suggestion.
