I may have 3 desktops and a laptop or two.We don't have a specific arrangement on how the meeting room is arranged. Maybe we need to set up a separate room?  Staying in the same room would give us a way to allow free attendance by members.  But maybe we want everyone to pay a fee to support the big picture idea.
