[mdlug] O/T Flash player plugin 11.2.384(?) on Firefox 30.0 lost audio

Check the PA settings with the PulseAudio Volume Control tool
(pavucontrol). Check volume level and which output device is selected.
Sometimes PA (or Alsa) misidentify the output devices and ports like "rear"
(audio jack) and "front" (headphones) are swapped.
