At the last meeting we had problems getting two computers
connected to the wifi network, and in the process met and
chatted with an IT manager.  We talked about basic network
troubleshooting, from the point of view of patrons and of
employees.

I suggested that I come up with a presentation with a
hand out for use by patrons generic enough to work with
most mobile hotspots.  I also suggested coming up with
a handout specifically for the library.  This would allow
us to have one or more presentations for the staff.

Gib, do we have any kind of timeline for the presentations?
Also, can we repeat the same presentation, or do we need
to have two separate topics?
