So long as you *DON'T* become an open resolver to the Internet (i.e.
others on the Internet can use your caching DNS server). That leads to an
ongoing problem called "DNS Amplification" - a form of DNS spam that has
many ISP's and network providers concerned.
Internet BCP's (Best Common Practices) should be followed. Be a good
net citizen :)
