[mdlug] Recording studio for weekly use?

Hello Everyone,
    I was wondering if anyone here has any ideas about a recording
studio that I can use on a weekly basis.  
    I am a host on the Sunday Morning Linux Review podcast and we have
lost our record location.  I am trying to look for a consistent place
for us to meet and record our show.  Does anyone here have any contacts
in the metro-detroit?  We need to record audio only but video isn't out
of the question.    I tried some of the city's and their studios are
open to the public and Comcast said that they completely discontinued
the public access program.  

The only firm requirements are metro detroit area, quiet or sound proof
room for three people, and internet access.  We have our own equipment
but not opposed to using professional equipment if available.   

Oh one last thing,  Since we don't make money from our show then a place
with no cost is best.
