I've set up two panels for Penguicon.  One is to provide information from any local computer club to the Penguicon participants.  The other is a panel to get the board of directors or club organizers to discuss what works and what doesn't.Please pass this along to any local computer clubs ...

I'll be presenting there again this year. I had a chat with one of the
organizers, James Hice, at the Ubuntu 11.10 Release Party, and he said they
were making a conscious effort to build up the tech track again.
