So I was going to ask what the best distro is, but a beter idea is why is
your recomendation and why for a GNU/Linux distro to use on an old desktop
box, that I want to connect to oru network without a monitor and use only as
a something connected to a printer and store saved files on so those in my
home network can easily access without having to keep a desktop (and all the
energy eating peripherals attached to it) up and running all the time.
I think all I'm going to want is print and file storage, at least until Play
On TV <http://www.playon.tv/playon>, or something similar, gets a GNU/Linux
client.
For the first time in my life I'm getting a NEW PC, and I didn't even have a
hardware failure on my previous machine yet.
