[mdlug] MYSQL question

What if you want the database(s) for each web site to live in the document root with all of the other data for that web site?  Is there anything wrong with that?

Likely /var/lib/mysql/<database name> depending on distro & configuration.

There's no direct filesystem coupling of web sites and databases as they are separate services within their own hierarchical structure.
