[mdlug] MYSQL question

The DB is held in the mysql structor(where ever that is).  The only time it is in the same folder as the website is when you are using a flat file, or some other special config.  
If you are looking to do backups or export/import you will need to do that from mysql/mysqladmin(sp)/webmin.

          I have a quick question. If you have multiple web sites on a server where do the database(s) associated with those sites live?  Do they live in the document root for each web site e.g. /var/www/site1, /var/www/site2?
