[mdlug] Routing Situation - Suggestions/Opinions

If I lived in a world with unlimited time and resources, this would be a
great course of action to take.
Alas, I live in a world wherein my resources are limited and a minute wasted
is a minute gone for good. Thus, it's quicker and a little less costly to
just work around the damnable limitations.
