Money talks. You call up AT&T, and point out to them that
the included literature SPECIFICALLY STATES to call AT&T, not
Netopia... and that if they don't want to handle your problem,
then get things sorted out with AT&T, or they will lose your
account -- and if you don't receive answers from either
AT&T or Netopia, then your business will be on a new ISP
by the end of the week, and you will NOT be paying for any
service past that date, because their lack of proper support
for the system they are distributing constitutes breach
of contract -- and if they think otherwise, have fun getting
a jury to agree with them.
