Hi All,

I work for a digital promotions agency near Detroit and we currently
have one Linux Systems Admin position open as well as a technology
help desk spot. The hiring will be done through RHT but I can forward
all resumes directly to our main recruiter and skip some pain. Both
positions are full-time and are contract to hire. These are made to be
long-term; we are backfilling.

For the linux admin position, we're running into our interviewees not
being technical enough. We're looking for some decently seasoned (2+
years) Linux admins that understand questions such as "How does a TCP
conversation work?"; "What is an SPF record?"; "Explain the difference
between symmetric and asymmetric crypto."

Some of you may be scoffing, but I assure you we've had some
candidates who can't do these things, so I am reaching out to you fine
people hoping we can find a good fit and get someone from our
community a job!

The help desk technology spot is... well, it's a help desk job.

Please forward resumes to me and I will get them on to their path to
success. I can answer some basic questions off-list, but the rest
would have to be done by our company/recruiter. Just getting the word
out mostly.

Cheers.
