BTW, if the only thing holding you back from internet accessibility as you
indicated below is the lack of a static IP address - you could use one of
the dynamic dns services, which will give you an outward-facing web address
and keep track of your IP address for you. Some are free...

That's pretty much it, unless you want to give others the
ability to manage files or if you need other components
such as php, mysql or ssl. If you're running a firewall
just check that port 80 is open.

There are some inexpensive web hosting sites if you want
to do that.
