1. Go into a retail store, and try to by a non-Apple
laptop without Windows on it.  If you can accomplish
this in the same amount of time as it takes to purchase
a laptop with Windows on it, I'll be surprised.

2. Call up Dell, Gateway, etc. and ask to buy a laptop
WITHOUT Windows installed on it and your purchase
price adjusted downwards by the cost of an OEM copy
of Windows.

If you can accomplish this task in the same amount of
time as purchasing identical hardware with Windows, then
your claim will be demonstrated.
