[mdlug] Microsoft says Android infringes on its patents

MS patents every thing, doesn't mean they own it or invented it. Which 
leaves everyone else to either pay up or spend millions to prove the 
patent invalid.

One only has to look as far back and the i4i suit to know MS has no 
respect for IP of others.
