[mdlug] Dell Laptop dead??

I've run into this a few time and I always see if it will boot from a Linux
Live CD i.e. Knoppix or Ubuntu.If it does run a Memtest and then just boot
it up and see how long it stays up.  That will help determine a heat
problem.
