FWIW, the building I was thinking about is on Kirby and Woodward. It's
called The Park Sheldon or Shelton. It does not appear to have wifi, but
depending on where you are there can be several unlocked tenant ap's
available. It does have a Korean/Japanese restaurant called Wasabi open
for lunch/dinner. I'm there now chasing ghost leaks.
