I can vouch for joomla and wordpress. Of the two, Wordpress is the easiest to administer (they boast the 2 -minute setup or something like that). Joomla, IMO, has more features but has a higher learning curve for the admin. For normal users (authors or publishers), I'd say they are about the same.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think a Wiki is going to give us the
look & feel of a business website. So I would rather trade off the ease of
maintainability, for a professional looking template driven website. So
perhaps Joomla, WordPress, or WebGUI might be worth looking into. Thanks to
all who have responded thus far.
