I have the DSL-Elite package which lists the speeds as Downstream Speed:
3 Mbps - Up to 6 Mbps Upstream Speed: Up to 512 Kbps. Cost is $35/month.
Speed was 608Mbps outbound, 5.08Mbps inbound, measured at
<http://speedtest.umflint.edu/> just now.
