[mdlug] OT: Good DSL Provider?

I'm also with AT&T and use their 3Mbps service and I couldn't be happier.
In 7 or 8 eight years it's gone down twice unscheduled for a few hours
each time. I run my own web and mail server and all I had to do is contact
them to open up incoming SMTP (I route outgoing through their SMTP server
so that I don't get labeled spam.)
I've recently jumped into their Uverse offering which is all digital
phone, TV and Internet.
I won't go cable because they are such enormous douchebags about blocking
ports, running home servers and using routers and switches behind their
equipment.
