[mdlug] OT: Good DSL Provider?

I have AT&T (1.5 - 3Mbps)and have not had any problems for past three years. I had one outage for 6 hrs during that time. But if you are looking for good knowlegeable support, forget it. The tech support does not know anything other than 'reboot the windows'
